You will fall out of bounds and it will respawn you on the other side this allows you to skip the large turn, and you will save quite a few seconds. When you get to the large final ramp, go off it at a slight left angle, and when you get closer to the massive rock to your left, take a hard left turn and land in the lava near to the other side of the map. Take the left path this is where the shortcut occurs.
From there, you go around on the rocks and then you end up with a divisi path. It is widely known that the track starts you off with a straight path, and then a quick turn left. This shortcut can be executed on every lap. On mobile, it is very easy to execute this shortcut.
I tested this on mobile only as I have the game on no other console. I used Roxie Roller and the fully upgraded Lightning cart for this however, it can most likely be done with any character/vehicle combination.
